Great little gem of a hotel in the heart of Zhongshan neighbourhood

Staff are great and the location is in a great Japanese neighbourhood in Taipei so lots of restaurants and cafes and a nice walk to Fihua St, ningxia Night market, and surrounds.

There seemed to be a humidity issue in our rooms so it smelled a bit moldy when entering though nothing that a dehumidifier and a clean could not fix.

Comfortable stay and breakfast was included consisting of intercontinental basics and also local treats. Staff was helpful to our requests!

The furniture could use an upgrade and location isn’t very close to MRT stations.

Very friendly, helpful staff; heated toilet seats!

It's terrific that an American breakfast is served - I think most Americans like both their bacon and eggs cooked a little more. But this was a very, very minor issue.

great location, friendly staffs and house cleaning, overall is a thumb up.

large room with a generous shower/bath/toilet space, plenty sunshine through windows with street view

a bath tub would be more practical than a huge spa pool, not environmentally friendly. too much water would be wasted had I use the spa pool.

Amazing stay

The bathroom was beautiful. Nice tub. Comfortable beds. Great books in the room. The staff is well trained and very kind. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast.

The buffet needs more variety, specially in the area of fruits and boulangerie.

Awesome shower & sunken bath. Comfortable room. Staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient. My room was cleaned while I was at breakfast - which was so convenient. Beautiful artworks to view.

Mediocre coffee (at breakfast & in room) - they should invest in decent barista coffee machines.
